Well this might be a bit different to what your talking about, but remember the movie - The Wizard? it was made in the 80's and was about this young kid who was great at video games, at the very end of the movie he is competing against other kids at some competition - they're playing the brand new game - Super Mario Bros 3!

it's a great movie with loads of games and it even shows one kid using the power glove on his NES!

Not really retro but anyone remember Reboot? what a cool cgi cartoon that was.....man come to think about it they should bring it back....we want more reboot....we want more reboot.

i loved this cartoon


I used to LOVE REBOOT!

i remember one episode when the little kid (cant remember his name?) he felt a bit left out because he was little and not very smart. He went to some super computer and made a wish that he was smarter than everyone else, but what actually happened was that the computer made the whole city dumb (by making them 8-bit) while the kid stayed as smart as he was (16-bit)

i wish theyd make more episodes!

I`m Sad (yeap i am!!!) the boys name was Enzo you was talking about.

ah yes, lawnmower man, now theres a pretty crazy movie, they then went and made it into a game didnt they? i think ive seen it on the SNES and megadrive

i just realized what you were talking about - Enzo, that was the kids name = )

what was the main guys name? the one that always went in the games and won?

Bob was the main dude,Dot was sort of his girlfriend,Enzo dot`s little brother,Frisket the dog Enzo`s pet,the Bi Gnomes were just the normal little dudes that lived in Mainframe, Mouse the hacker sometimes worked for Megabyte,Megabyte the very bad virus, Hack & Slash Megabyte`s two sidekicks, Hexadecimal and her cat Scuzzi,Phong was the wise dude and you always had to beat him at his favourite game to get help from him.

Was that enough info for ya brad Smile not like you can`t tell that i really liked this cartoon Smile

Nothing beats the 80's cartoon The Mysterious Cities Of Gold. I just acquired the whole series on dvd. great viewing.

i think that about sums the whole cartoon up! i used to love it also, shame that its not running anymore Crying or Very sad
