Recently Ive been experimenting, by giving a couple of my C64Cs a paint job.
One of them is mat black while the other is more adventurous by being black and silver like some of the modern hardware (yeah lame!!)
Never the less they do add a little something to the appearance of the C64 so nows your chance to hang it on me, by letting me know what you think of these.........

very interesting tomz!
are you upto the challenge of painting each individual key on the keyboard and then painting on the character again? |

I was just about to lovingly paint each and every key individually when LO and BEHOLD, I sold it on eBay, gosh and I was really looking forward to painting each and every key (what else am I going to dop with my free time??)
A Black and Silver one is next, I just have to put a C64 inside the case, and make sure it works 100%.
The things we do for money

Yep - ive had a similar thing happen to me...
I had a gameboy for sale on ebay and it had no bids. I just assumed it wouldnt sell so i decided to give it a paint job. After i had painted it i saw that someone actually did bid on the gameboy and i had to try and explain to them what had happened... |
