I'm looking for a 1200, but i don't really want to do the Ebay thing, so if anybody has one, or knows someone, and is possible attending The Retro Convention
It would be good timing if the trade of goods and cash was at Retrobrad Conventio, save me a trip!!
Thanks everyone! _________________ It's Brutal, and Inexcusable! and...Modp3 |

Boo Hoo sigh,I dont have an Amiga 1200 and Ive asked Santa heaps of times...........he just doesnt listen to me. If by some chance michael has found himself a Amiga 1200 by now (after all the post is 2007!?) then please consider me Im an orphan,Im poor,...please feel free to fill in the next lines,________,*,----------,.............,????????
The Amiga 1200 was a nice Amiga that was ideal for connectng to the internet, and as such is fairly unique, in what its capable of doing. Its gfx capabilities were also nice, but of coz at their peak these machines were doing all that work you saw in the latest addys on your TV. Yeah it was at the turn of the Century that PC gfx came into their own, prior to this time.

No i havent found one yet!!!
I dont want anything special, just havnet been willing to pay what most people are asking.
I did nearly buy one from QLD, but the guy changed his mind.
You can order them from amigakit looking at around $300 delivered for a stock machine.
In the mean time someone gave me an a500 with A590 HD which was fun until the HD died, And i got a cheap A600 which im waiting on some fast ram to set up for WHDload gaming _________________ It's Brutal, and Inexcusable! and...Modp3 |
