I have been playing God of War II(ps2), I have broken one controller this week in frustration. Last month I played through OKAMI, I really loved this game, I never really got frustrated playing it. If you want to progress in OKAMI you are encouraged to be kind. I have also been playing Boulder Dash I have never completed it and hope to do so this year.

I mostly play Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 2142 on the pc, but lately I have been playing Joint Task Force and Civilization IV - Beyond the Sword on the pc.

On the XBox 360, I have been playing Tenchu Z, Paperboy and Double Dragon (for the fond memories!)

ALFRED CHICKEN on CD32, now I have played this game before on one of my other Amigas,yet for some reason I cant silidify the blocks I need to jump onto next,and this is the very 1st part of the game. I eat all ther jewels,pop all the balloons that release some stars but the blocks still dont become solid, preventing me from progressing further (sigh......)

Smile tomz Smile

....:::: A Milestone - 100th Post ::::....

This week i`ve been playing Lemmings on the Amiga,Resident Evil 1 & 2 on the Playstation.

I Loved Resident Evil games and they bring back alot of fond memories for me,my love affair with the Playstation ended after Sony lost all rights to any future Resi Evil games to Nintendo Sad but i`m back playing them again.

Next week i`m hoping to play "Sonic Adventure" on the Dreamcast and maybe collect a few more games.

I've always got at least five systems on the go at a time so the games that I'm playing at the moment are:
ZX Spectrum: Arkanoid
C64: Ghosts 'n' Goblins
PS2: Hitman: Contracts
SNES: Super Return of the Jedi and Super Smash TV
Saturn: Sonic R (with analogue controller, YEAH!)
Atari 2600 through Colecovision Expansion Module 1: "Thrust +" homebrew remake - AWESOME!

Today, I tried to load up "lode Runner" on the Speccy and as much as I tried, for the life of me I couldn't get it to run! I've tried other cassettes and still have no luck so I'm afraid that I'm going to have to invest in a new cassette player. I've been using a new battery-powerted Dick Smith standard cassette recorder (looks a little like a Walkman) which I bought for about $40.00 a few months ago. It's getting pretty differcult to find tape recorders which are compatible with old computers (unless you use a Commodore as Commodore Datassettes are a dime a dozen on Ebay, etc.). Even new batteries, clean heads and the odd twist of the screw didn't make any difference. I think I'm going to have to find one of those old "portable" cassette recorders which lie flat, use mains power and have proper tone and volume controls (which are VERY important). If anyone out there knows what I mean and wants to sell me one, drop a message in reply! Or just reply anyway if you want to make a comment.
