im currently working on a new section for the site - an emulation section.

basically you will be able to play different emulated systems online - systems like commodore 64, zx spectrum + a few others (they all run in java)

ive just been experimenting with this today but have run into a small problem. i want the java application to run behind a gif image of a computer monitor - so it looks like the emulator is playing in the monitor, but i cant get it behind the image, it always stays infront of it Evil or Very Mad

to see what im talking about you can check out my c64 test page.

to access it, make sure you are in the yoshi's island 1 theme, then click the ? box just under the big A in retrobrad (up the top)

any help with getting this to work would be great (or any ideas????)

Emulation section, yeah sounds like a good idea but what i`d really like to see is a few more things added to the download section, for anyone interested i`ve found this.

Sonic DIY..........Game & Level Editor

http://www.create-games.com/download.asp?id=4145

It only has one level at the mo and is a Demo but you can design and play your own levels Very Happy

hmm, well i havent actually been able to add it to the downloads section yet...

i have received my brand new apple powerbook 17" laptop this week and have been kinda getting used to it, and as such havent had much time to update anything.

but for all those that want the sonic editor, just use the link above!

PS it looks great and id love to see if any of you guys make a really cool new level!
