I'm after the title of a SNES game i once owned. It was sort of a wizard based game where you'd play as this little dude who was real short and stumpy in a blueish robe with a short little wand and short brown hair. At the end of each level you'd have to go through the same monster that I can only describe as kind of like a bulldog cross a gargoyle with pointy like goblin ears that repeatedly jumps whereever you are very similar to what Dr. Robotnik jumps like in the early Sonic games and it was always the same boss for about the first few levels I passed but he'd change colour, and I know either the third or second level it was raining.

Any of you know what this is I've been trying to figure it out for ages.
