|
|
I finally worked out why sometimes I get full screen of topics without the bottom slidebar.
If I logon normally, via IE, the bottom slidebar is there and often I have to adjust it so that I can read the whole topic
But if I logon from my emails forum topic notification reply link (try saying that fast ) I always end up with a full screen and no btm slidebar to worry about, but of coz I have my machine set to max pixel display.
I call this discovery,Indirect Optimisation of Viewing

yep thats right!
its because when you click on the forum button it opens it in the main window (in between all the other frames) but if you click the link in the email, it opens up your web browser and it doesnt know that it is supposed to open in these frames.
another way that you can do it is by right clicking the forum button and then click 'open in new window' or 'open in new tab' |
