Hi all.

Been a while since I've visited the forums, so I decided to make a contribution about something that I've become interested in lately.

More recently I have focused my collecting to NES games and more precisely, the games made by HES. So far I have around 25 games. The exciting part about collecting these NES games is that there are many, many variants for each titles - up to four known variants for Sidewinder alone!

Originally I pushed these games aside as they're pretty ugly and crappy games when compared to the first party, licensed, NES games. But they're fun to collect and reasonably easy to find.

What is everyone else's opinion on these games?

Yes Ive got a few HES games - they have a few variations I.E because they werent licensed games they needed that adapter where you would plug in a licensed nes game to cheat the lockout chip - then i think later on they managed to figure out how to bypass the lockout chip by their own means = )

as far as the games go - they are a little different to your run of the mill licensed nes game, but well worth collecting.
